Individual differences

Let’s get analytical here… So I have a bottle of Coke and a bottle of Fanta with me yeah, both of them are 35cl, the content of one is darker than the other, they’re both soft drinks, they’re both sweet. I’m trying to create a mental picture here, and I believe it’s working.

Ade loves Coke because of the satisfaction he derives from taking a bottle, while Winner prefers to drink Fanta because he derives his own satisfaction from it. If Ade and Winner go to the market to buy soft drinks because they’re thirsty, they’ll definitely pick their most preferred drinks.

Now I’m getting close to the point I’m trying to make. The fact is, neither Ade, nor Winner condemns the other drink not selected; they just have preferences..

Let me bring this home now, two different individuals have potentials in their own unique way, it doesn’t necessarily make one person better than the other; my major message today is that, you’re someone’s preference.
