Take a sip. Oh, maybe that wasn’t enough to calm you down… take another. Do you feel better? No? Did you say no? Okay lets go over this again… calm down and breathe. you know that shock you think you are about to encounter, its just in your head.

Sometimes you feel your knees lock and your stomach tightens because you think about how you are going to get from Point A to Point B without being “The Center of Attraction“. Are you worried that you are not attractive enough to make the world stand still? Or maybe because you have not received that vote of confidence.

I can help you out with what helps me suppress mine whenever it arises… honestly, you just need to breathe and prevent fear from depriving you of that ability. Think about it this way; what’s the worst that can happen?

I– Its okay to get anxious sometimes, but you should not make it a normal occurrence.
